Management organization and coordination team

It was agreed by all project coordinators that CCAP will be the host for the coordination team or the managing institution and Linxiu Zhang from CCAP will be in charge of coordination activities. Members of the coordination team include all project coordinators, and one appointed assistant. Miss Liu will be directly under Dr. Linxiu Zhang's supervision. Apart from the above assigned task, she will also be responsible to report any un-expected issues and problems to the attention of Linxiu Zhang.

It is proposed that one advisory group will be formed to provide comments, critics and guidance of project implementation. This advisory group would invite Ford programme officials, some people from Gender and Tenure Interest Group and some government officials.
